This year I have had the chance to teach preschool. I love it! Now I am not saying that I should have gone into preschool teaching or that I ever will, but I have had a lot of fun with these little guys. A few of the moms that I go to church with got together and organized this whole preschool co-op thingie (that is the technical name). We take turns teaching and having preschool at our house. It is only twice a week, and you only teach every six weeks or so. Not bad. So the kids learn 'stuff', get experience sharing and listening to other people, and us moms get to take a little break most weeks. Perfect! Love these kiddos and have had a blast watching them change over the past 8 months. What a bunch of cuties! (Liz's comments are in quotes...)
Liz and Emma are best friends... and worst enemies... it is a girl thing. But what Liz wants you to know is that "we love each other."
Evan and Kimball are "really good friends". "Evan is also my best friend, and so is Kimball. Evan likes to sit by me at preschool. Kimball is super nice to me."
"Henry is kind of funny sometimes... he just is." Probably the most polite kid in preschool, obsessed with my son's die-cast hotwheels (those are his favorite), he is lots of fun.
"Me and Cameron are good friends, because we play a lot together. But he likes to zap people, but thats okay, even though I don't zap people very much. But Henry does. Henry zaps people with Cameron." What can I add to that?
