This is my favorite shot of the kids... and it is blurry! The kids had great fun on the fourth, and the cousins were so good with Liz and Jack.
This disaster has a funny story... Ang had made all of these beautiful jello parfaits (everybody likes parfaits...) As she pulled them out of the fridge she commented, "I thought I was going to drop one for a second..." Seconds later- this was what was left of the jello parfaits. I, of course, had nothing but a desire to be helpful, so I grabbed my camera.
Grandpa was the nearest when the carnage began and he attempted to catch some of them... he succeeded, but got a little messy in the process.
My 4th of July princess! At one point during the night she suddenly grabbed her head and yelled "where is my tia-ah?" (tiara) You don't mess with a 3 year old's tiara!
After each round of mortars that were lit off, Liz and her cousins would shout out, "That was pretty! Do it again!" Too bad grandpa, dad and uncle Dave couldn't hear through the ringing in their ears.
