On the move...

So, it finally happened. We have moved. Steve graduated, but more about that later. Right now, I just want to assure you that the children kept right on enjoying life and being adorable, right through one of the most stressful times of their lives... or at least ours! Look IN the laundry basket that she is towing... and yes, Jack loved it! He shrieked with laughter the entire time, even after bonking his head. That is perhaps why it is ALWAYS purple...
It is amazing the damage a pumpking chocolate chip cookie can do in the hands of a one-year old!

The 'time out chair' was accidentally tipped over during a particularly frazzled day. However, it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. Liz and Jack were entertained for hours. Liz called it her coach, her fort and numerous other things. Here it might be a horse, I'm not sure.

I would also like to point out that Liz styled her own hair for this picture. She went into the bathroom and after about 10 minutes I got a little suspicious. She then came out, showed me her teeth, which she had apparently brushed by herself, and also her damp hair and pink headband. Not too bad, Liz...

Jack is happy no matter what. He rarely cries or fusses (Steve says I am tempting the evil eye by saying such things...) On our 15 hour car ride out from Rexburg, he cried for a grand total of maybe 5 minutes... all day! Liz was a huge help of course, I couldn't ask for better kids, they are so amazing and I am truly grateful to be their mom!
