Aren't my boys gorgeous?! Jack loves his dad, and won't go to sleep at night unless he has had some 'daddy time'. Steve just holds him and they gaze adoringly at one another, but it is an important time of the day. 
I know that no one will actually believe that Liz was asleep, but it was so sweet! I made her bed with Jack sitting in it, so she crawled in with him. She kept stroking his cheek and saying "its ok Jack, nothing is going to hurt you, I promise." (A direct quote of what we tell her every night when she complains about 'something scary'.) She likes to take care of everyone!
Liz is going to be a flower girl for her Aunt Stacie's wedding at the end of the summer. This is the dress, and she looks gorgeous. It is still a little long, which is good, considering she is growing so fast! Now we just have to practice so that she doesn't chicken out on the actual day of the wedding.
Our neice came over last weekend and they had a blast together! Liz is always asking "where are my cousins?" and can't wait to see them. (ps- Joe, she is dying to come over and wants to be there for your birthday!... In fact she was pretending that I was Joe today and kept bringing my birthday cake...)

So grandma and grandpa got a new bed this last week. I came out that morning to find that there was a party going on in there! Grandma and Ashton make a good show, but Liz and Max couldn't act to save their lives....
New office furniture... would you believe that it took four adults just to bring that thing in the door! Okay, four adults and about an hour.... 
Grandpa and Liz... The only person that likes grandpa more than Lizzy does is Jack...

Dad- I sure love you Liz, you are my girl!
Liz- Thanks dad! That is your special girl (pointing to her mom)
Liz- and that is your man! (pointing to Jack)
