Happy Halloween!

So for Halloween, we went as Cinderella (pre-ball), prince charming and the fairy godmother... aren't we adorable? Lizzy loved her costume, and even kept it on the whole time. We decided against a magic wand- we didn't want her to 'bippity boppity boo' someone's head!

And we couldn't let an entire post pass without mentioning Adney! So, it has been quite sometime that Lizzy has been kissing Adney, hugging Adney, and in general, trying to cuddle Adney, all of which Adney, in his masculine 'boy-ness' has been trying (unsuccessfully) to avoid. Well they Halloween party changed all that. He spotted Lizzy across the foyer of the church and headed over for a kiss. That having been met favorably, he went in for a few more. I thought it was great. Steve, however, informed Adney that he would have to ask permission before too much more of that went on. Ah, and so it begins.

PS- trick or treating was... interesting. We knew Liz couldn't say 'trick or treat' so we decided that if she could just sign please or thank you then we would be successful. She just stared at the treat givers though... By the last door, she had finally figured out the system and signed her please and thank you with much pleasure!
